Named after the Korean word for universe (우주), this coffee comes from Las Moritas farm, located in one of the highest non-volcanic mountains in Guatemala. Owned by Don Higinio Gomez and Doña Aura, this farm produces many coffee varieties including Bourbon, Pache San Ramon, Castillo, and Pacamara. The humid and forested microclimate of the farm, paired with the high altitude, gives unique character to the coffees produced there.
