Named after the Korean word for forest (숲), this coffee comes from Guji—a distant and heavily forested land stretching across the vast Oromia region of southern Ethiopia. Generations of the Guji tribe have organized to conserve the land's sacred canopy. Thus, far and few farmers are able to bring coffee to the marketing from this region, making this coffee a particularly special one.
