Named after the Japanese word for autumn foliage (紅葉), this limited-time bourbon offering comes from the Santa María Estate. The Estate was one of El Salvador's first ever coffee farms, established in 1848. While coffee is their most prominent crop, they also grow jocote, oranges, pineapples, yucca, lemons, and limes. 300 hectare of tropical rainforest is also nestled inside the property. The Estate partners with local forest rangers to take care of the plants and animals in this beautiful, protected area.
