Named after the Korean word for sweet (달콤), this coffee comes from the farm of Las Laderas. Las Laderas belongs to the Cuzcachapa Cooperative, an organization that values respect, passion for excellence, and vigilance for sustainability. The coffee cherries are picked in three different stages to obtain the most even, ripe coffee.
