Named after the Japanese word for sun (太陽), this coffee comes from the Santa Barbara Estate, located in the southwest region of Antioquia. Santa Barbara Estate is one of the few completely integrated coffee farms in Colombia—their highly technological wet and dry mill processing, along with their keen attention to detail and rigorous daily cup testing, make up the formula behind their exceptional and consistent coffee.
