Named after the Korean word for anew (새로), this offering comes from Huila—one of Colombia's southernmost coffee-producing departments that is home to the country's third highest peak, the Nevado del Huila volcano. This particular lot comes from Santa Maria, a town located in the northern part of Huila. Coffees from this region tend to have bright, sweet flavors.

We're particularly excited to introduce this coffee this month, because it's actually one of the first coffees we ever roasted as a business!
