It’s a joy to share that we opened our Fishtown storefront exactly one year ago. I want to take the chance today to thank not only every customer, every collaborator, every barista friend, and every wonderful human who has continuously cheered us on, but also my two business partners who have been behind the bar day in and day out. I hold nothing but immense gratitude and respect for these two—they greet each person who walks through our door with such warmth, pour each drink with such precision, and prepare each roast batch and online order with such care. I count it a great privilege to be here and to journey alongside them. We’ll continue to work diligently to make our community and space all the more inviting and uplifting—to give back what we’ve received.
